To open and maintain an Account on the 711kiss Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must notify711kiss immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
The default currency for all Malaysian players on the 711kiss Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Once an Account currency has been set, it cannot be changed. All deposits, bets, winings, and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless an alternative currency option is expressly made available to the Player.
711kiss applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, prevent fraud, and confirm the eligibility of Players. KYC verification may be requested at any time, and is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

The minimum deposit amount is RM20. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's account tier. Players are advised to check current limits within their account dashboard.
Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and eWalets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network congestion.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 711kiss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment method not belonging to the Account Holder will be reversed and the Account flaged for review. This policy exists to protect against fraud and money laundering.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard conditions: (a) the Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any active Bonus Funds or associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited prior to withdrawal of Real Money Funds where applicable; (c) the Account must not be under any security investigation or restriction. 711kiss reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) represent the total cumulative bet amount required. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is reached.
Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and poker may contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms. Games that are excluded from wagering contribution will be clearly identified.
Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in each promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting). Upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account.
While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is subject to a cap specified in the relevant promotion terms (typically between RM25 and RM50per round). Exceeding this limit constitutes a violation of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
711kiss monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and coordinating bet-hedging across accounts. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All bets placed on the 711kiss Platform are subject to acceptance by711kiss or the relevant Game Provider. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the bet exceds set limits, involves suspicious patterns, or is placed in error.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant fixture or event as recognised by the governing body. Live casino game results are determined by the Game Provider's certified RNG or physical table outcome. Slot game results are determined by the game's certified RNG engine. In the event of any dispute regarding a settlement, the Game Provider's records shall be the primary reference.
Where an incorrect price, line, or result is displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed issue, 711kiss reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes. This includes situations where odds are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market, or where a game result is incorrectly recorded due to a software malfunction.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. 711kiss reserves the right to adjust individual account bet limits at its discretion, including for the purposes of risk management.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 711kiss Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
711kiss reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where we are required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 711kiss support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Money balance (subject to KYC verification and applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon voluntary Account closure.
Where an Account is suspended due to suspected Prohibited Conduct or breach of these Terms, access to any balance within the Account will be withheld pending investigation.
